Our primary objective in procurement is to ensure sustainability by protecting the environment, minimizing the negative impacts of our business on the environment, and contributing to the development of the local community where we operate.
We ensure that food and beverage products procured for our facility are of superior quality, appropriate for their purpose, and in compliance with relevant regulations, while also giving preference to locally produced goods. In order to limit and minimize the environmental impacts during our operations, we will evaluate the following criteria together with price, quality, and suitability, considering not only the purchasing cost but also the lifecycle cost when procuring products:
We will raise awareness by engaging with our suppliers to ensure the procurement of sustainable products and services.
The sustainable use of natural resources without harming the ecosystem is also a priority. In all procurement activities, animal rights and the sustainability of wildlife species are respected, and prohibited products are not procured.
For wood, paper, fish, other foods, and products sourced from the wild, environmentally certified products and suppliers are preferred. In cases where certified products or suppliers are not available, the origin and production methods are investigated.
To minimize waste, careful management of consumables, including food, is targeted, with preference given to reusable, returnable, and recycled products. Suppliers are also expected to minimize and properly manage their waste.
The use of energy-saving products and procurement from businesses owned by local/regional communities are considered important from an environmental perspective. In addition, supporting local entrepreneurs in the development and sale of sustainable products and services is also a goal.
The principle of fair trade is adopted, avoiding corruption, bribery, and conflicts of interest. Business partners who comply with commercial ethical rules and legal regulations are prioritized. Furthermore, the intellectual property rights of all business partners are protected.
Our organization works with local/regional suppliers to ensure responsible procurement and fulfill its social responsibility throughout the supply chain. We regard our raw material and technical suppliers as important partners with whom we build trust through open, equal, and fair trade. At the same time, our organization promotes the Sustainable Management System within the supply chain, including our suppliers, by considering environmental, quality, occupational safety, and human rights factors, with the aim of earning the trust of the community.

During our activities, we will use the best available technology to minimize the adverse impacts on the environment. We will share our environmental protection practices with our employees, guests, suppliers, and society, and ensure that environmental awareness becomes a philosophy of life. We will use energy and natural resources at appropriate levels of efficiency and implement practices to prevent unnecessary consumption. We will properly store waste in separate areas according to their characteristics and deliver them to licensed/authorized companies within legal storage time limits while maintaining proper records. We place importance on avoiding corporal, mental, or physical punishment and verbal pressure, and we ensure that personnel can clearly express their requests and suggestions under the open-door policy.
We prioritize career planning and encourage all employees to work as a team rather than individually. We foster a sense of belonging among our employees and protect their privacy and personal data. We ensure that overtime is compensated monetarily rather than with time off, in order to provide economic benefit, and that annual leave rights are granted immediately upon entitlement in compliance with the law.
We value employees’ professional competence and experience without setting an upper age limit, and we provide regular training to our staff. In this regard, we aim to establish a common management language and strengthen our culture of continuous learning.

Children are entrusted to us as the future. It is our primary responsibility to recognize them as individuals, respect their rights, and protect them from all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other exploitation.
To ensure this:
As vulnerable individuals, people who are inadequate, lack the capacity to give consent, or whose personal data being made public could result in highly negative consequences—such as women, infants and young children, the elderly, pregnant women, people with mental disorders, refugees, disabled persons, ethnic minorities, and patients—are never allowed to be subjected to exploitation, harassment, discrimination, suppression, coercion, or defamation. We always remain aware of the value they bring to the world and to our institution and support their existence.
With the awareness of the responsibility entrusted to our institution through our experience and our aim to provide the best service to our guests, we target customer satisfaction and plan to sustain effectiveness in this direction by adopting a clean and healthy quality approach together with all our employees and managers. Our guests are the reason for our existence. We believe that by ensuring customer satisfaction, we can increase our competitiveness and achieve stronger positions in the markets in which we operate.
Our primary duty is to turn guest complaints into opportunities by monitoring them, informing our guests about the matter, and resolving them. Our goal is to ensure maximum satisfaction by identifying and analyzing our guests’ expectations and needs in advance and implementing corrective actions. We consider our guests’ opinions as opportunities to improve ourselves, integrate guest requests and expectations into our management’s quality approach, and raise the awareness of our staff accordingly in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
In line with our organizational objectives and in accordance with all stakeholders with whom we maintain business relations, we regard human beings as our most valuable asset and adopt creating a safer and healthier working environment as a primary business goal.

Measures are taken to minimize disturbance to wildlife. Impacts on wildlife welfare are regularly monitored and addressed.
Our organization is aware of and cooperates with public institutions and non-governmental organizations regarding laws and regulations on captive wildlife. We are also aware of and comply with laws and regulations concerning animal welfare. The conditions, housing, and treatment of domestic animals are regularly monitored.
With an awareness of our environmental responsibility, our facility prioritizes sustainable practices aimed at conserving water resources. In particular, we implement the following water-saving measures to balance increased consumption during the summer season:
Low-Flow Fixtures and Aerators: All faucets and showerheads in our facility are equipped with low-flow fixtures and aerator systems. These systems enable more efficient use of water with less volume while maintaining guest comfort.
Greywater Recycling System: A system has been established (or is planned to be established) in our facility to treat greywater from sinks and reuse it for garden irrigation. This ensures the reuse of water and reduces resource consumption.
Timed Garden Irrigation and Use of Native Plants: In our landscaping areas, we prefer local plant species with low water needs. Irrigation is carried out in the early morning or late evening, minimizing evaporation loss and reducing water consumption.
Guest Information and Participation Encouragement: Guests are informed about water conservation through information materials in rooms. They are encouraged to participate in practices such as taking shorter showers and not changing towels and sheets daily.
Towel and Linen Change: Towels and linens are changed every two days, based on guest requests. This practice saves both water and energy while reducing environmental impact.
Staff Training and Continuous Improvement: Our staff receive regular training on water conservation and are informed about new technologies. In addition, our technical staff conduct periodic inspections to prevent water leaks.
In line with this policy, our facility aims to protect valuable natural resources and promote sustainable tourism practices. We invite our guests to join us in this conscientious approach.
In line with our business sustainability goals, we analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks across all stages of our supply chain. This risk analysis approach has been developed to ensure that our procurement and supply processes are conducted in a safe, transparent, environmentally sensitive, and socially responsible manner.
Supplier Risk Analysis: Suppliers are subjected to risk assessments based on the following criteria in terms of environmental and social impacts:
• Environmental Risks: Overuse of natural resources, inadequate waste management, carbon footprint, inefficient energy and water consumption.
• Social Risks: Child labor, human rights violations, insufficient occupational health and safety measures.
• Ethical Risks: Corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, intellectual property rights violations.
• Local Impact Risks: Practices that do not support local employment and production, exclusion of local suppliers.
Suppliers are categorized as low, medium, or high risk according to these risks, and relationships with high-risk suppliers are reviewed or development plans are implemented.
Procurement Process Risk Analysis: Procurement decisions are evaluated not only in terms of cost but also with regard to their long-term environmental and social impacts. In the risk analysis process:
• Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analyses are conducted.
• Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) are taken into account.
• Compliance with local regulations and international sustainability standards is verified.
• Supply risks are considered in terms of critical raw materials and supply chain continuity.
Stakeholder Risk and Relationship Analysis: Our company’s relationships with stakeholders (local communities, public institutions, employees, customers, and NGOs) are subjected to risk assessments in terms of social sustainability:
• Incompatibility with the community, non-transparent communication processes, and failure to meet social expectations pose social risks.
• Transparent communication, feedback mechanisms, and a cooperative approach are adopted in all activities.
Preventive Actions and Monitoring: Preventive action plans are developed and periodic monitoring is conducted against identified risks:
• Sustainability commitments are requested from suppliers.
• Training or guidance is provided to suppliers on environmental, occupational health, and human rights issues.
• Supply chain performance is reviewed at least once a year.
Integration with the Sustainable Management System: The outputs of risk analysis are integrated into our company’s Sustainable Management System. In this way, compliance is ensured not only with environmental aspects but also with social balance, economic efficiency, and ethical principles.
Process:
– Communication channels between our employees and managers are always kept open.
– Our employees can discuss their issues with their managers on any matter.
– When necessary, employees may contact the Human Resources Manager.
– If the issue concerns the General Manager, the authorized person is informed.
– A solution is sought and the result is communicated to the employee.
At every stage where an employee feels unresolved, they always have the right to escalate the issue to a higher manager, taking into account the lines of authority and responsibility as well as the rules of good faith.
